happened upon this restaurant while wandering the back
streets of Old City Lyon. Though somewhat off the
tourist-beaten path, it was packed. Always a good
was looking for a typical Lyon lunch and that I
found. Started with Salad Lyonnaise - greens topped
with bacon and croutons. Entree was Lyonaisse
Sausages in a burgundy sauce. "Dessert" -
Cervelle de Canut, a local fresh white cheese seasoned
with fresh herbs and garlic.
perfect find in a mostly touristy area.
