The quest for world class french fries this side of the Atlantic continues.  We're getting close.  Dave's french fries are excellent.  But the European two step cooking process (blanch to cook and finish fry for crispness) does make a difference.

Dave's also makes their own, fresh from scratch, lime, lemon and orangeades.  Serious refreshment when the temperature is in the mid nineties.  Each is made to order and can be sweetened with sugar, honey or sugar-free sweetener.

The vast Englishtown Flea Market, around since 1929, is the garage sale of all garage sales and makes for a great afternoon's entertainment.
