Bon Ton translates roughly to "Good Taste," which is an understatement.  High impact flavors here, from their signature Rum Ramsey Cocktail which did a lot more for my cough the Robitussin, to their shrimp etouffee, to their 180 proof bread pudding with whiskey sauce.

They are also famous for their turtle soup which was either out of season or out of stock.  The menu is pure New Orleans with plenty of crawfish, oyster, shrimp and red snapper Cajun variations.  Good eating all.
