Vienna Franks, poppy seed rolls, neon green relish.  Pretty close to a Chicago dog and not a bad Chicago Hot Dog for Philadelphia.  I'm hoping they will invest in regular relish too.  Neon relish only works on a Chicago hot dog.

Lots of people rave about their baking too, especially the muffins.  Haven't tried them yet, but they look good.
