Smoker in back.  Good barbecue coming through the outhouse door that leads from the kitchen.

Something different too.  Barbecued bologna.  They smoke a whole bologna, then slice off thick slabs and brown them in the fryer.  Good smokey flavor.  Plumps up nicely.  Makes a darn good sandwich.
