Folks talk about Kansas City Barbecue, they're likely going to mention Arthur Bryant's.  It's a Kansas City tradition, as good-tasting as ever.

My favorite Arthur Bryant's sandwich - Burnt brisket ends as shown above.  One thing has changed.  That sandwich, with the fries, used to come on a sheet of butcher paper.  Kind of wish it still did.

The ribs are as good as they come.  Topped with their original sauce, of course.
