The billboard boasting homemade peach ice cream drew me in.  Granny Doris makes it and it's packed with fresh peaches and loaded with buttercream.  It's prepacked though and held in a freezer.

What's going to make me a regular are their Hot Boiled Peanuts.  Unshelled raw peanuts boiled in their own broth.  Damn fine eating, especially licking the broth off your fingers.

When peaches are in season, they're as fresh as they come.  Picked that day, maybe that hour.  If you're not in Georgia during peach season, give Abbott a call.  They'll ship you a case of their finest.
