A local paper credited the 301 Drive-In with the best fried chicken in PeeDee.  Best I can figure Pee Dee, northeastern South Carolina, surrounds the PeeDee River.  No matter, it's the chicken which counts and the 301 Drive-In does indeed fry up some mighty fine chicken.  Service is straight forward.  Order at the counter, get a number, when they call out the number, pick up your chicken and head to a table.
